Beloved husband of the late Pat. Much loved Dad, Step Dad, Grandad, Great Grandad, Uncle and Friend to many. Dave will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
The funeral will take place at Heart of England Crematorium, Nuneaton on Monday 15th December at 1.15pm.
